A Cut Above Manufacturing creates products that not only are built to last a lifetime with replaceable wear parts instead of throw away cheap merchandise, but help stimulate local economy by buying our materials locally. It's less common in a time of a need for environmental change, to find a manufacturer designing with environmental impact in mind, however that is a large driving force behind everything we make.
For almost everything shown in our gallery there are usually many more pictures, in some cases start to finish albums so please ask for more details on items of specific interest.
As the items we make are specific to order we do not offer returns on deposits or finished products, so please be sure you are certain on your choice before you order. Shipping or delivery is at the customers expense, we can ship anywhere and deliver throughout western Canada.

What We Do
Machining
We offer machining services whether it's one part or hundreds of parts, we can create a solution for your needs.

Welding, Fabrication and Plasma Cutting
Fabrication is the base of creating a new product, so when the end result is a good looking quality product, we take the time and measures to make sure accuracy is top priority. Welding is the glue that binds in the world of metals. For a product to last, hold shape and have the strength to do the job, quality welds are a must. When you have a complex shape or contouring various metals and require cleanliness as well as precision, plasma cutting is versatile and affordable solution.
Painting and Restoration
We offer painting services using automotive finishing products, even on decorative furniture! From small to large, we are also available for a wide variety of vintage restorations.

Design
If you have an idea for a product or want to improve or modify an existing one, and aren't sure where to start, then bring it into design. We start with a paper rendition to narrow down specifics, followed by a basic working model to verify all aspects of possiblity, and finally a finished working prototype of your idea! Multiple stages of development gives you ample opportunity to modify or add to your initial concept until you have exactly what you had in mind.
